Winter Hours & Holiday Shipping Information
Winter Hours are November 2009 - March 2010:
- Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. E.S.T.
- Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. E.S.T.
Thanksgiving Holiday:
- Closed Thursday, November 26, 2009, through Monday, November 30, 2009.
- We will re-open for business on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 8:00 a.m. E.S.T.
Christmas Holiday:
- Closed Sunday, December 20, 2009, through Monday, January 4, 2010.
- We will re-open for business on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. E.S.T.
PLEASE NOTE: All website inquiries, sample requests and orders received during the times we are closed, will be processed in the order received when we re-open for business.
- Do you need to receive your order before a certain date? If you want to guarantee receipt of your order prior to a certain date, we offer a delivery guarantee at an additional cost. Please contact our customer service representatives for pricing on a guaranteed delivery to your zip code at 800-701-8419.
Any shipment that is not under our guarantee shipment can only be given an ESTIMATED delivery date. As a general rule of thumb, please allow 7-10 business days for your delivery (excluding weekends). The estimates we offer are to give you a general idea when to expect your shipment, but are in no way a guarantee that your order will arrive by the estimate date. We “recommend” placing your order no later than December 10, 2009, to receive it prior to Christmas. Please note that around holidays your order can take longer to deliver due to an increase in volume of shipping.
