- Do you need to receive your order before a certain date? If you want to guarantee receipt of your order prior to a certain date, we offer a delivery guarantee at an additional cost. - Any shipment that is not under our guarantee shipment can only be given an ESTIMATED delivery date. As a general rule of thumb, please allow 7-10 business days for your delivery (excluding weekends). The estimates we offer are to give you a general idea when to expect your shipment, but are in no way a guarantee that your order will arrive by the estimate date. We “recommend” placing your order no later than Friday, December 17, 2012, to receive it prior to Christmas. Please note that around holidays your order can take longer to deliver due to an increase in volume of shipping.
